• Served four years as a project officer for base housing and recreational facilities with Navy Construction Battalion Four in North Africa, Cuba, Bermuda, and Newfoundland. The most significant duty was Commanding Officer of 125 man detachment at the U.S. Naval Air Station, Bermuda Assigned to construct a 1.0 million gallon water storage tank and rainwater catchment area or base water supply.
